Cruz is the most unprincipled “conservative” who’s ever ran for president. Most conservatives will not lie through their teeth about another candidate, then look at a reporter and say they never said anything personal about that candidate. Cruz went around for a week before Iowa telling anyone that would listen that Trump was pro-abortion, loved ObamaCare and was soft on illegal immigration. Now Cruz knew damn well that Trump holds none of these positions but he still said it. I’ve never saw in my life a politician, other than a democrat, that gets right into the gutter trying to destroy an opponent with lies. Cruz does. So I hope Trump calls him out in the next couple of days and damn sure calls him out during the next debate and flat calls him a liar on national TV. Carson should also call him a liar. All I can say is Cruz should enjoy his victory in Iowa, it’s the last one he’ll see before he ends his campaign and throws his support to Trump.
