Ted Cruz's PARENTS fulfilled ALL those requirements of the law that time, for Ted Cruz to be a "Natural Born Citizen".

The Naturalization Act is a law passed in Congress. It is not binding on future congress' which have the authority to change laws. Other Congress have changed the "free white person" definition to allow non white persons to be admitted as citizens. In any case, naturalization is a process available to those not already deemed citizens at birth.

I'm confused on which side of the discussion you fall or perhaps you are confused on which side I fall.
