"I imagine that's part of why the Cruz team fell for "

"Fell for"? How old are you? Do you really think that even one nanosecond passed before Jeff Roe, Jason Miller, and Rick Tyler read CNN's tweet and immediately group seshed the lie they put out to their Iowa ground crew? Really? Really?

This is probably over your head, but let me simplify something for you - Jeff Roe is the guy who drove Tea Partier Richard Mourdock into the ground and put Demoknob Joe Donnelly into office, helping to deprive conservatives of a Senate super-majority. When Roe does the same thing to Cruz, remember where you read it first.

They were passing on what they were must have thought was genuine, not "seshing the lie" (that they KNEW was in error).

Who --- right in the middle of all the rest of that evenings activities would have the time to have a "bull session" (if that's what you meant by seshing-- try speaking actual English) going over the info -- determining it to "be a lie" and then decided "but what the hey, let's go for it anyway"?

That's seems to be what you are accusing them of doing, while insulting me, telling me it's over my head, etc.

You could prove differently, if there were better sources.

Meawhile, it appears to be purely a mistake, predicated on following a CNN mistake (which may have been a deliberate red herring to muck up the works).

I can't see Cruz signing off on a deliberate kneecapping of Ben Carson. Why would he need to? Carson wasn't going to best him in Iowa, regardless.

Isn't it obvious Carson won't be the eventual nominee, but Cruz, despite some fierce opposition, does stand a chance?

Who else would you prefer?

Rubio?

Trump, maybe?

Shoot -- maybe we should have all thrown our support behind Christie.

I think in a general election he would stand a pretty good chance against the Hildabeast. She's fairly well and widely hated nowadays.

Sander's caucus supporters began chanting "liar, liar" when the Hildabeast came into view on tv screens;

Take the needless insult, and shove it, ego-breath. Your writings are less than clear.

I realize that the Dem Party operatives stop at nothing, and will stoop to anything. Nothing is too low for them. And this Jeff Roe guy has been called a bully. Maybe he is. If so, then my chiefest concern is that he may not be as effective at dirty tricks as Democrat Party operatives like Axelrod.

What we need on the conservative side of the aisle are operatives who can think like the worst of the Demon Party operatives, and be ready for whatever they throw at our candidates. Is Roe up to the task? Who would be? (if you figure that out, have Cruz hire the bastard!).

Yet here you go on, warning that Cruz would be a victim (he most certainly would be a target) of political consultants, but now instead of Democrat Party manipulators & tricksters, Cruz will become a victim of consultants who have been working for a whole raft of other Republican candidates...why, I don't know. Because they may do something dirty, on purpose?

Why mention this now (and insult me, while you were at it)? Do you really believe that in the midst of a fast moving Iowa caucus -- that Cruz himself would have been brought into the loop in regards to a dirty trick (to play on Carson) and actually sign off on it?

Prior to allegedly driving "Mourdock into the ground" he previously helped that same guy defeat Richard Lugar. Was that a bad thing (in your estimation) too?

But go ahead and tell me why it's all that consultant's fault that one of his clients lost to a Democrat. You may be right. I know nothing much about that election. Not my geographic area.

I know little to nothing about the Roe, but it appears that some of his clients have enjoyed electoral victories.

If you have some beef with Roe, take it up with him, or else contact Cruz about it. Or will you just cruise political forums, trying to tar Cruz for reason of the consultants he has hired? If that's what you're about -- WHO are you ultimately helping?

Meanwhile, I'm not here to be a whipping boy for you to punish, for yet someone else's perceived misdeeds.
