Not to be down on Rubio on this but do you notice that when Rubio speaks he seems nervous - starts to stutter or mispronounce a word and quickly corrects himself. Probably still green around the gills.
Cruz's speaking problem is he was trained as a lawyer and his public speaking style reflects that.
