How with a smaller percentage does Bernie get one extra delegate???
Hilary now has 50.1 percent which is all she needs for a landslide
I have no idea how one can win the popular vote but be down one in delegates. I am guessing that it is similar to the Electoral College?
(And thank God for the EC- or it would still be “President” Gore out there on the speaking circuits!)
