The reason that these leaks are emerging is that the FBI has already provided proof to DOJ of felonious conduct.

And DOJ is still sitting on it.

The FBI will continue to leak until she is indicted, under this POTUS or the next.

And they will most certainly leak enough damaging info to ensure that POTUS is not Hillary.

Pardon is her ONLY way out. Prosecutorial Discretion is not going to be sufficient.

The other way out is a criminal referral, the DOJ takes it, then plea bargains down to a misdemeanor. I think an aide or two may get indicted for a felony, though.

That's where I'd put my money.
