Not sure what the timing of the filing has to do with anything; I believe the release had to be done by Feb. 1, and all the campaigns (including Cruz) have been releasing their financials all evening.
She thinks that Trump's giving of his own money to his own campaign, in support of his claim that he is self-funding, and then filing the required legal document, is somehow corrupt.
I'm shaking my head and refraining from saying my opinion of this astonishing behavior.
