If I were going to offer an opinion on pop culture, I would be more likely to say, "I dislike a culture in self-proclaimed Christian ministers such as this writer think they have to communicate with references to genitalia all the time."

I don’t think ‘emasculated’ is vulgar. It’s a metaphor, a loss of manhood, a loss of macho if you will. He is a bit vulgar overall though. I barely recognize it any more. No kids.
