Yep rigid Trade Agreements that the Republican Establishment loves.

Companies get tax incentives to fire their American workers and replace them with Foreigners on the H1B program.

I’m sure some people will defend this crap.

Cruz was for expanding the H1B program 5x until pressure from Trump forced him to change his mind. The republicans really need to knock this kind of garbage off.

Importing the workers for the jobs that can’t be exported.

That’s The Cheap Labor Express.

They have bought most of our politicians.

They control both parties.

You see stories about Microsoft executives with destroyer sized yachts all the while knowing that Microsoft is one of the biggest abusers of the h-1B program. The balls these people have. The H-1B visa program is nothing but systematic targeting of US citizens for economic destruction and this is not an exaggeration.

A simple law would change this. Any HB1 visa emplyee must be paid the average salary for that position plus 10%. Any business that does not provide that level of pay is taxed the full salary of H1B visa and is prohibited from hiring any H1B visas for the next 3 years.

It is being abused. It is not working as intended. Shut it down until they figure out how the hell to fix it.

“Secondly, I believe we should expand legal immigration, reduce the barriers, reduce the waiting periods and I’ve introduced two amendments to significantly expand legal immigration, to double the caps on legal immigration from 675,000 to 1.3 million and to increase temporary high skilled workers by 500%.” - U. S. Senator Rafael Edwardo “Ted” Cruz - 2013
