You shouldn’t have pinged JR...he HATES that mailer and posted about it earlier.
That's pretty weak tea, Wally.
Cruz's mailer was crass, intimidating, and even just a bit humiliating to anyone who received one. It crossed a line of simple decency and respect for the individual's privacy and personal dignity. Republican voters don't expect, nor do they deserve, such treatment from someone who touts themselves as a conservative's conservative, and a devout Christian.
The Trump campaign sent an appropriate mailer. It was polite and legal. It was posted here on FR. A professional and appropriate mailer.
Iâm in Facebook âjail.
Ha! When will they let you tell the truth again?
What do we amuse you?
Your guy is the one who can’t put down the cell phone and refrain from another slur-filled series of posts.
Maybe he should have made it sound even more scary by throwing in the word IRS in red letters. That would get granny out of the rocker, for her own good.
And I'm glad that I have YOU on TEAM TRUMP with me! :-)
Hope you enjoy eating crow. Would you like that with salt and pepper and a side pickle? Grow up!
âI will apologize to nobody for using every tool we can to encourage Iowa voters to come out and vote!”
Well Ted I hope the voters “take your tool,” and shove it up your Az! Your actions here are just about as disgraceful as the telemarketers who call me ten times a day! I for one, hope you come in third for this, and I hate Rubio!
Ted Cruz violated the law by sending out intimidating mailings calling for the recipient to register and vote or else. That is in direct violation of federal law. The fact that a sitting Senator did it makes it even more of a violation of law. This is according to the federal prosecution guidelines, not me, federal policies. See my above post. I lay it out there for those that questioned if there was a violation of law.
You need to remove the beam from your eye.
I saw it and commented numerous times on that thread about that mailer. It had a nice letter thanking and asking for support, instructions on how and where to caucus. They even provided a voter registration for for those that needed it. I think they even included times when Jeeves would stop by with the Trump limo to pick up the family and drive to the caucus site where hot dogs and balloons were waiting.
I was impressed. I think Trump hide his ground game to sucker everyone in (media) and will unleash it Monday. His Iowa guy was not slouch to get Santorum from blank to winner in 2012. I think Trump and his campaign is re-writing politics and how it should be done. We will see on Monday won’t we?
Mr. Hinkledey is a lawyer and had no problem with putting his neighbors’ names on the internet instead of blacking at least part of their surnames out. Most people recognize a campaign brochure when they see one, especially when it’s printed quite clearly that it’s based on public records.
It’s very exciting!
Gotta love the faux outrage...from people worshipping Trust Fund Donnie Trump. Such sensitive souls they are.

“encourage Iowa voters to come out and vote!â
Oh I think there are plenty of Iowans are saying the fact this tactic was used has motivated them to get out and vote....but not for Cruz.
Cruz is just showing his true colors.
I have read your posts over the years, and also your support of Cruz, and you have my respect.
To you, my apologies for the disappointment you feel.
