Voters should be ashamed for not voting. This gives their more public minded neighbors an opportunity to invite them to a caucus.if it works and is legal, do you think Trump would hesitate foe a second to do the same thing?

The only reason the GOP won impressive Congressional victories in 2010 and 2014 is because huge numbers of Black, Hispanic, and Asian voters stayed home.
And, Conservative voters did not stay home in 2012, causing Romney to lose. Romney got 1.5 million more white votes in 2012 than McCain got in 2008.
Obama was reelected in 2012 because Blacks, Hispanics, and Asians turned out in record numbers.
