If Ted's mom submitted evidence to obtain an adjudication of Ted's US citizenship claim, at the conclusion, the examining officer would have authorized creation of a "Certification of Birth", form FS-545. This form was made obsolete in late 1990, after Ted had reached the age of majority. In late 1990, the FS-545 was replaced by form FS-240, titled "Consular Report of Birth Abroad," this is a CRBA.

Most people refer to the CRBA, and if Ted lost his FS-545, it would be replaced, after 1990, with a CRBA.

As for the government applying law to itself, you have got to be kidding me! We are in a glorified banana republic.

So, what ever it is that Ted has lost, or found, or was created, or that he claimed, declares what? Sorry to be dense.

WTH is he, in your opinion, less the legalese? NBC, or naturalized?
