That video looks bad. Hands up walking towards them just like it was first reported. Guy shot him and he reaches down where he was hit on his left side. He pistol is on his right and he never reaches there.

Yes, they murdered the guy. Michael Brown never had his hands up. This guy clearly did. Hey look, all those POSs got away with killing all those people in Waco. They can EASILY get away with killing one. Sorry, but they will all walk. White lives don't matter. There won't be any riots.
What we really need, is one or two of the LEOs who were there, to refuse to lie for the rest, and blow the whistle on them.
I just get the feeling, that they decided this guy needed to die, to make an example of him.
