I'm not sure why this had to go down this way.
One interesting observation.
On one hand, you have a couple of hard working ranchers and cowboys (literally who are objecting to the governments seizure of their assets and the destruction of their long held, multi generational family businesses and way of life.
There is very strong circumstantial evidence that the aim of the seizure was to transfer control of the property to Obama Administration campaign donors and supporters of President Obama and State Hillary Clinton and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.
There is also even stronger circumstantial evidence that high level Democrats including the Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and their immediate relatives were financially benefiting from the from the seizures.
The reason the evidence is circumstantial is because production of the the FIOA requests to discover hard evidence have been stonewalled and obstructed by Obama Administration in the same way the production of information on many other Obama Administration scandals have been obstructed.
In the case of the Bundys in Sen Majority Leader Harry Reid's home state of Nevada, the seizure was tied into many of the other Solyndra like schemes where alternative energy projects of dubious value or technical merit were used to convey massive sums of taxpayer monies to Obama Administration and Democrat Party cronies and campaign donors.
These people have been hounded and the Government and the full force and weight of the US Governments power has been used to coerce them.
There is no evidence that any of the principals involved were ever anything other than hard working, middle class Americans before the government decided to act like the Mafia and move in on their businesses. They have been non violent in the face of pretty hard core intimidation including Federal Agency para military agents are with machine guns and sniper rifles provoking them into a standoff.
Now one is dead for participating in a non violent act of civil disobedience to protest and bring public attention to shine light on what the Obama
Administration is doing to not just them, but may other Americans under the radar screen.
Community organizer Barak Obama is a huge proponents civil disobedience by the way.
Lets contrast this another event that the Obama Administration has instigated, supported, organized and aided and abetted - the riots in down town Ferguson , Missouri and how it's leaders were treated.
The leaders of the BlackLivesMatter movement who instigated multiple riots over a period of several months which burned down and looted a entire business district of Ferguson and resulted in the murder of at least one person were invited to the White House for meetings and collaborations and at least one was given a full professorship on the faculty at an Ivy League University despite the fact that he had no education and no credentials other than being a Radical Marxist Anarchist who had been the leader and enthusiastic participant in the riots, arsons and looting.
The Obama Administration Justice Department had its “community relations” operatives on the ground community organizing and encouraging the leaders to fuel the unrest and keep the riots going for as long as possible.
There was direct coordination and collusion to between the Obama Administration, Al Sharpton, local chapters of criminal gangs such as the Crips and Bloods, the Justice Department, paid professional Marxist revolutionaries and even Obama Administration HAMAs Terrorists and Intifada organizers skilled in staged violence operations to gain media attention imported from the Gaza Strip.
The Obama Administration has not tried to bring any of the people who organized and participated in the violence and arsons to justice and it has actively obstructed local state law enforcement attempts to bring the perps to justice and used intimidation by multiple government agencies to force law enforcement to back off on arrests and protection of the people who fueled the violence and destruction in Ferguson.
Quite a difference here.
On one hand the Obama Administration is waging what appears to be a war from above on the hard working and law abiding American people who he does not like.
On the other hand he is active encouraging and rewarding criminals and radical anarchists who instigate riots that burn down cities, inviting them to the White House and using every Federal power at his disposal to protect them from arrest and prosecution.
