It’s not an invasion of privacy. Voting records are public records, no different than calling you on the phone if you have a listed number.

I realize that voting records are public, but the people who receive these notices in the mail may be offended to receive them. I know I would, and I like Ted.

What you really mean is that it is legal. So is picking through the neighbors’ trash to get a glimpse of what is going on in their lives. Legal, but damn sure a creeper invasion of privacy.
Why is Heidi Cruz a kook? What was that wandering along the side of the highway thing all about? Let’s go pick through the Cruz family’s trash and see what we can find. That is legal, so not an invasion of privacy.
Do you have any idea how you would be posting if Trump pulled some $hit like this?
Look at you trying to defend this crap.
What a “conservative” both you and your candidate are!
But how many people KNOW that.
I would be very resentful if I got something like this.
It is also public knowledge how many times I went to Victoria’s Secret with my wife or how many times I went to the doctor last year—people seeing that or recording my cell phone beacon can know this, but it doesn’t mean I wouldn’t be angry that someone sent me and my neighbors a threatening letter over my visits (and to me of theirs).
Some people have apparently become very accustomed to our new “Big Data” overlords, but I have not.
