ROFL! I say good for you! ComEd did that same crap here in Illinois and I received a few of those "you use more power than your neighbors" do letters too. I use a whopping $3-$4 and they're trying to "shame" me into reducing my power usage???
I'm a ham radio guy. I use my full legal-limit+ amplifier A LOT MORE now than I ever did.
