Thank you but he does not fit the definition of NPD. If he did his adult children would hate him and he could care less.
What drives him is a need to take on challenges and win. He is never satisfied. People like him seldom are. His father must have been very demanding of him. My guess he is always trying to prove something. That is what we need. Someone who is willing to really step up to the challenge and I think he will.
Think I may have wrote a confusing reply to your earlier post. You are correct he does not, as far as my education and experience can tell, display NPD.
