Hasn’t the SCOTUS established rules for legal checkpoints? I always see notices in the media when there is going to be a checkpoint.
And the Fourth Amendment prohibition on prohibiting unreasonable searches and seizures? Did Justice Kagan take that home, give it to a straight friend for the friend’s grandchildren to play with and it was never found again????
