One can believe or disbelieve Cruz's and Session's explanation about Cruz in 2013 trying to sell his poison pill amendments.
Cruz is now for fully enforcing the laws thru deportations and removals.
Trump is now and has always been for amnesty.
Perhaps if Trump was going to show up at the debate tonight, he could have answered a question about how many millions of "good ones", does he want to "expedite" back for a legalization amnesty.
Perhaps he could have answered a question more clearly about a citizenship amnesty.
But unfortunately for our country, Trump won't be there.
