The statue means nothing. Obama has altered it 25+ times, without even attempting to consult Congress. And he got away with it......EVERY SINGLE time. The “law” is what he says it it. Moreover, the IRS is not going to allow people to tell them they are not paying because they don't want to.

Well you are free to believe that the aliens are coming or that the IRS is going to take your house if you fail to pay the Ocare fine. A lot of suckers will pay it. Next year the Congress will repeal it and you will have wasted your money.
