So I guess there is no need for a lawsuit - Fox News has decided. I’ll have to re-read my copy of the Consitution as don’t remember Fox News being named as the arbiter of citizenship issues.

It's not about who is or isn't the arbiter, it illustrates another level of doubt.

Because Cruz was too stupid to have done something before all this (if anything can be done) there will forever be doubt even if a court decides in his favor.

People have as much faith and respect for court decisions as they do the government.

As a result, Ted Cuz will never be elected President nor be anyone's VP.
