A 1994 illegal immigrant has been picked by Google and Fox to deliver a question to the GOP 2016 candidates in Thursday's Iowa debate.
The choice was likely intended to hit Donald Trump, whose proposed immigration reform is opposed by many company executives, including executives in Google and Fox. But any question on immigration will also hit the other GOP candidates, who are trying to balance the competing demands of business donors for more wage-cutting legal and illegal immigration, versus the voters' overwhelming demand for increased wages and salaries.
The questioner, Dulce Candy, is a young, well-spoken, attractive and successful Latino who provides advice about make-up to young women on YouTube in exchange for payments from advertisers.
In a 2013 video, she says she was born in Mexico but crossed the U.S.-Mexican border -- through a river and over a fence

So it’s not a debate between candidates — it’s a debate with the phony “moderators”
She can do her You Tube videos in Mexico. Kick her out!
She’s also a Muslim convert, right?
Dulce is a Latina not a latino.
So, arrest the illegal immigrant at the debate and those persons who conspired as accessories in the commission of the crime.
FOX....no different than the rest.
This was just a political hit, not true, impartial journalism.
The journ-o-lists never cover all the wrongs done in the course of not only allowing ILLEGAL immigration to go ahead unabated, but promoting it.
ALL the candidates should have followed Trump’s lead.
A muslim activist will also ask questions.
Get ready for the freakshow.
Well we certainly didn’t need Comprehensive Immigration Reform for these Illegal Aliens to “come out from the shadows.”
They have no fear of going on national television and declaring themselves illegal aliens and they get invited to the State of the Union addresses.
Shadows, my @$$
I think these reasons are why Trump dropped. Probably doesn’t want the whole national conversation again so better to just move on.
Becoming worse than the rest.
Very shameful of Fox to give voice to illegal criminals as an attempt to shape a presidential election, a power enumerated to legal registered voters. Shameful of Fox to engage in Alinsky liberal tactics. Fox can rot as far as I’m concerned. They should have used more discretion before rounding up Kelly to again be moderator. I think they did it all for rating to prop up there being some big show down rematch. Good for Trump to smell the fox skunk. Fox you are pitiful and desperate.
“Dulce is a Latina not a latino”
At least they didn’t call her a wise latina.
Ha...that should be their new moniker.
Should be interesting to see how the remaining candidates deal with her.
Karate Chop Kasich will tell her about being a mailmans son, so he can relate to her plight.
Jeb will be in love and may actually divorce his dwarf for her.
Christie will tell her how much he likes Mexican food.
Randpaul will ask her for a joint.
Carson will sleep through the question.
Rubio will sweat.
An illegal alien can’t vote so why?
“Very shameful of Fox to give voice to illegal criminals as an attempt to shape a presidential election, a power enumerated to legal registered voters”
Very good point. A point I hope Trump repeats at the right time, like tomorrow night if he debates.
She joined the army after high school. Spent 15 months in Iraq.

I started when I was in the military, as an outlet to feel more feminineâmore of a personal choice because I was in uniform. I remember being in Iraq and being stripped away from anything that was feminine, so starting the vlog was really what had me obsessed with beauty and fashion. It started as a hobby and over the years it turned into a career. âDulce Candyâ is my first and middle name. I was named after an anime cartoon from Japan called I go to school.
