Nope, sorry, you are confused. It is TRUMP (PRAISE BE TO HIS NAME) that supports Touch-Back Amnesty.
Under a Cruz Presidency, they would never become citizens. When TRUMP (PRAISE BE TO HIS NAME!) said they could come back and become citizens, Cruz immediately stated that he would never support that.
