No it didn't. It spent 60% on it's programs for wounded warriors, 6% on administrataive costs (salaries included in this and some of those salries are excessive) and 34% (could be off a few points) on advertising. The advertising expense is high but it's what drives their donations. You can check for yourself on Charitynavigator.org.

That said, I still find interesting the MSM reported on this charity, and one other, with respect to admin and advertising expenses.
The MSM had the stories in the can and ready to go, yet did not publish until Trump announced his Thursday fundraiser.
Yet another example of the MSM shaping opinion rather than reporting news
