Last night news broke that #OregonStandoff Spokesperson Robert "LaVoy" Finicum was shot and killed during a federal traffic stop near Burns, Oregon. In the hours following the shooting reports started coming out suggesting it may very well be possible Finicum had his hands up and did not present a weapon, nor did he attempt to cause harm to agents.

The reports asserting this included claims there was a witness or witnesses in the vehicle who watched the entire event unfold. But until now we hadn’t heard from those witnesses publicly.

Now one of the witnesses has completed a gut-wrenching interview in which she says FBI agents fired an estimated 120 rounds at Finicum and his vehicle, six of which entered his body.

This is breaking, first-hand, eyewitness audio testimony of how LaVoy Finicum was killed by federal agents on January 26, 2016. The young lady's voice that you're going to hear was in the car with LaVoy, Ryan Payne, Ryan Bundy, and Shawna Cox.

The federal agents fired the first and only shots, according to this testimony. Finicum had his hands in the air when he was shot.

You're going to likely see video testimony from this young lady in the near future. Please pray for this whole situation. This is a tragic thing that didn't have to happen had cooler heads prevailed.

The only thing I heard on local news was that there was a “shoot out” and one man was killed. All we’re going to hear is that it’s being investigated which is code for we’ll never know.

We've heard plenty of cases of someone being shot by the cops followed by stories that they were trying to surrender with their hands up. Are there any pictures that would settle the matter one way or the other?

No - the Feds can't afford video cameras. Or drones. Or armored SUVs. Or Cool Tactical Gear. Or HK MP5 submachine guns.

They ended up killing MILLIONS LEGALLY, and saw their actions 'justified'.

I did not and do not relieve the FBI agents of any of their own culpability for their own actions. I was discussing their likely mindset, not justifying their actions. I think I made it very clear that I believe both sides were in the wrong under the scenario I laid out.

But your rhetoric isn't constructive. You aren't going to change the mind of your average FBI agent by calling him a jack-booted Nazi. Clearly, the culture of the FBI is "us vs. them" and that puts all of us in danger.

That is where I think we see the hand of the political class and upper level bureaucrats. Forcing an armed confrontation with the protestors serves their ends (advancing the gun control agenda, increasing the specter of "homegrown" terrorism, etc.), and they know the media will back their message.

There simply wasn’t any immediate threat that there had to be a confrontation.

Dunno...I'm not gonna believe much about what happened until after the whole 'fog of war' clears. The girl's story is just as plausible as the guy's, albeit both differ. Hopefully we'll find out soon enough.
