Unfortunately, the account of the shooting is literally hearsay.
The feds have been chomping at the bit to do some shooting. It’s what they do. Never mind that it’s other Americans that they’re shooting.

In any case, the girl says he was out of the car walking toward them with his hands in the air.

The media screams that cops ‘must all have body cameras’! when it’s Freddi Gray, but when the people they hate (patriots) get blown away, video isn’t an issue for them.

It does not matter, last time I heard charging a police officer is not a capital offense, nor is deadly force appropriate unless the charging suspect is armed.
You're assuming that video that contradicts the feds will actually be released.
I wouldn't bet on that assumption.
I guess that'll depend on who does the releasing of said video.
I would note that the original Bundy Ranch stnadoff Government narrative fell apart pretty quick. As did the official story on the biker shootout.
The truth usually finds a way.
