There have been 5,000 cases of the virus in the country
Salvador has asked women not to get pregnant until 2018, a measure that demonstrates the severity of the Zika virus epidemic in the country, according to news reports.
The mosquito-borne virus has been lined to brain damage in infants, the New York Times reported.
The virus has affected Latin America and the Caribbean, and the World Health Organization (WHO) has warned the virus will likely reach nearly all of North and South America.

Wow, on the surface, it does appear to be some type of plague. However, what if this is a hyped up government lie? The world’s leaders have already committed to culling 90% of the current population. What is the penalty for families that choose to have children? Forced abortion?
No, scary stuff. I have never heard of Zika and I thought myself fairly well informed.

Having a child with that kind of brain damage in a poor country is a death sentence already.
Poor El Salvadorans, as if they don’t have enough troubles. Just one more example of where DDT could be a life saver to the poor and miserable were it not for the lies and interference of the elites.
That movie has subtle pro religious overtones - my favorite scene is when the hippie lady prays for a miracle to distract the guard and it happens but it is so subtle we miss it but that is how miracles happen in real life per what I have read. The saints grant her her request but the distraction gets her a beating. I forget the details.

WTF ever happened to screening immigrants for communicable diseases (other than a cold, who cares about that)? Many people with TB and other diseases were held for days or weeks at Ellis Island before being let in, so as to safeguard, you know, the CITIZENS of this country.

No. The families suffer a high risk of having a deformed baby.
It didn’t really pop up as a problem until about a year and a half ago. They’re just now realizing how bad it is. Brazil has been the hardest hit.
Another country has asked that women avoid pregnancy for six months - don’t remember which one off the top of my head.
There is one case where it spread from husband to wife through sex. He returned to Colorado, but didn’t get sick for a couple of days. Then his wife got it.
