When you say Ted Cruz has accomplished "nothing," do you mean politically? Because as a lawyer, as Texas SG, he won court cases that directly impacted the government and law of the land. But all that previous experience doesn't count, because he's now a senator?
Now, name all of the political accomplishments of Trump. Absolutely zero. He's never even held elective office. So, somehow, Trump's past successful business career is supposed to count towards his political accomplishments, but Cruz's actual legal and political accomplishments before he was a senator aren't?
This is why I can't get past this FR love of Trump. He's the hypothetical candidate, who has never done a SINGLE thing politically (at least not conservative), yet somehow what he says he's going to do is more important than what other people who have been living their conservative bona fides for decades have done. I just don't get it...
