After fox gave out that insulting statement, Trump would have looked weak if he had NOT refused to be a part of the debate. Fox was playing power on Trump and if he had just let it go, they would have thought they had got him and the debate would have been one hard hit after another on Trump. They have tried and tried... the debate would have been all out against Trump.
Bret set it up on his 6 oclock news.. he showed little respect to Trump.. if Fox is your boss, you’d better toe the line. One of these days, Trump will be the Commander in Chief.. and you media folks are the reason.
I just watched the video. The questions were good questions ; some I have asked. Trump gave good answers, 2 of which I disagreed with.
I fail to see why anyone can say Bret Baier set Trump up for anything. Big boy questions. Big boy answers.
My guess is Baier knew Trump was going to skip debate which is why he asked if they will see him at the debate. I fail to see anything inappropriate because of the “Should I stay or Should I go” Twitter poll.
I can’t find fault in the interview on either side.
