I haven’t believed a word of the recent stories that the GOPe was moving to embrace Trump. Nonsense. Trump opposes the GOPe on their immigration/open borders agenda, and their next big one-sided trade deal (TPP). Nothing will bring out the fight in the Uniparty members like open borders and globalist trade deal issues.
Trump opposes them and they know Cruz is really with them on both. Ted just had to alter his positions after Trump entered the race and made those the top campaign issues. No matter how much some might dislike Cruz, they’ll go with him and know he will revert to his past positions should he somehow become president.
