This item foisted earlier comes through sundance which makes it suspect. Levin took him on as a Trump supporter posted earlier here.

Legally candidates cannot have any contact with any PAC which is in their name including content..

In fact PACs can and do promote a political position which is not supported by that candidate. They could be advocating support for the expansion of ethanol and Cruz has noting to say about it. Be interesting to see what this one comes up with. But before everybody goes off at Cruz they should keep that on mind.

Someone had better tell former Senate Majority Leader and former Senate President Bob Dole, former Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott, former Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, former Speaker John Boehner, and Senate President Orin Hatch that they all misspoke then, because they’ve all come out for Trump over Cruz.

No they did not. Not one of them endorsed Trump. They just bashed Cruz, because it's personal with them.
