Not even remotely correct. There may be Middle Eastern symbolism in the Shrine, but that’s because it was considered “exotic” when the Shrine organization was founded in the 1920s.

Otherwise, Shriners are no more Islamic than any other Mason.

All three (Masons, Muslims and Shriners) deny the divinity of Jesus.
