Sad when an evangelical person like Falwell endorses Trump people say he was bought. But never do they think that for those with Cruz. Apparently even Christian leaders are fodder for trashing to Cruz “conservatives” How Cbristian of you.
I did not say he was bought. I merely asked because I personally find it a strange endorsement for someone of his supposed interests. Trump did not support Kim Davis. I guess Falwell is really really worried about the discrimination against the words “Merry Christmas.” Or, he needed a big donor.
BTW, Falwell’s dad was principled. I have never been confident in the son in the same way. I don’t know him so cannot say except for my own impression, admittedly limited. I did respect Jerry Falwell Sr.
