The budget was stated as $50 mil. Advertising and distribution usually doubles the cost so it has a ways to go to make a profit.

But it is a Michael Bay film so it will most likely do very well overseas.

Who knows. It might even do well with the Jihadis.

After all, I'm sure they're just as upset as US patriots about the wrong guy getting credit for causing the Benghazi calamity to occur.
