He went one better this morning on TV, because he flat-out called Cruz a liar. So I guess you should add that insult to your list.
Those are not insults, they are Trump 'fighting back'.
The Trumpettes are ‘mad as hell and not going to taking it anymore’ , and they want someone who ‘fights back’ just like Trump does.
Like when Trump said about Carly :
