I don’t get it. Here we have the best candidate to come along in years, a candidate we have been praying for, yet most Freepers support Trump. I’m at a total loss.

They are frightened and mad and stampeding toward the perceived strong man. I believe most of them will snap out of it once it begins to dawn on them that Donald Trump’s horrible record pretty much guarantees he is nothing more than a campaign conservative.
I think they already snapped out of it. Cruz is leading in Iowa, leading in NH, leading in SC. It’s basically over.
That’s what primaries are for, to put the candidates through the fire to see who deserves our vote.

I want to believe that. I’d also like to see a few sources. I think the Cruz ad showing Trump trashing Iowa values will win the day for Cruz in Iowa.

Correct. I’m a Trump supporter but corn does not belong in a gas tank. Trump needs some serious education on this topic.
