Ted Cruz winning Iowa is an upset??? Cruz has been ahead in the polls for quite sometime. I think it was Carson that was leading before Cruz. It is only in the last week or so that Trump has jumped ahead of Cruz. If there is an upset it would be Trump pulling the upset.

As of Oct Trump had the superior ground game, I’ve heard nothing to tell me anything has changed. People keep saying Cruz has a better organization, but no one has shown any proof of that. But the pundits keep saying it. We will know in a couple of weeks I suppose.

It’s funny how people still assume Trump is just winning this primary season by dumb luck. As if he just ignores ground game get out the vote efforts.
Trump doesn’t leave things to chance. But the old ground game canard is often used by those who are losing to try and buck their supporters up.
It’s an upset now that Trump has practically won the nomination from the power of his tweets alone.
Cruz should be petitioning the Supreme Court to take up his citizenship case. God knows he waited long enough to drop his Canadian citizenship. He’d be doing us all a favor.
So Trump is packing a State with outsiders to create a false perception of the actual people of Iowa? Kinda like busing in voters, huh. How Democrat-like of him.

Joke of a poll you posted. Conducted Jan 5-22 with less than 300 Republicans all via landline and done by college students. Sounds like a great poll. But if it makes you feel better to believe then so be it.

How many direct contact supporters are identified for each precinct?
These are serious questions, and the Trump org had those answered in Oct and had covered down before Turkey day.
The tide could have turned but for me to believe that I need actual data, not anecdotes.
