2 good Iowa polls came out for Cruz on the same day as the last CNN Iowa poll. So this one is only a outlier if you dismiss the other 2.

Not to mention that The Bad cnn poll for Cruz also had a good number at the bottom if they asked only people that attended in 08. Cruz up by 2 or 3

and finally a CBS poll only has Cruz down by 5, keep in mind the margin of error is 5 for most of these.

The new ISU/WHO-HD poll was compiled through phone interviews with 722 registered voters Jan. 5-22.

This poll is nonsense it was conducted over a 17 DAY PERIOD.
