The movement was defined by Goldwater and promoted by Reagan. At no point can you trade abortion for fiscal policy or amnesty for a strong military.
No one can ever be perfect, but when you trade principles for victory, you get neither.
That said, I'll vote for Trump if he gets the nod......but not before. He's not a Conservative and hasn't been one prior to June of last year.
One reason I like both Cruz and Trump is that neither supported by the Washington DC establishment.
The Washington DC establishment crowd is made up of both democrats and republicans. I would like to see the establishment purged from DC. It is really about our only hope.
