AUSTIN, Texas –  A Houston grand jury investigating undercover footage of Planned Parenthood found no wrongdoing Monday by the abortion provider but instead indicted anti-abortion activists involved in making the videos that provoked outrage among Republican leaders nationwide.
David Daleiden, founder of the Center for Medical Progress, was indicted on a felony charge of tampering with a governmental record and a misdemeanor count related to purchasing human organs. Another activist, Sandra Merritt, was also indicted on a charge of tampering with a governmental record.

Odd how Texas has been the site of several unjust prosecutions that were politically motivated. I am truly puzzled how these charges were even drawn up. The only thing I can think of for the “government document” charge is that CMP filled out paperwork necessary to procure “human tissue” aka the organs of killed fetuses as part of their investigation and since they are not really a “research institute” it was considered “lying”. But that is really a stretch since as far as I know they never procured anything from PP.

The billionaire told Chris Cuomo on CNN’s New Day that he opposes federal funding going to Planned Parenthood to pay for abortions, but that he’s OK with tax dollars going to the group to pay for other services that it provides.
They have to be under demonic influence to look at those videos and find no wrongdoing by PP, but, instead go after the film makers. Sickening!
If they no longer perform abortions, is it still an abortion mill???
The judge also said there are still 14 other states investigation PP.
A side note on that, Orwell had seen the Reds up close while fighting with the Anarchists in the Spanish Civil War. They and the Reds were on the same side, until the Communists decided they could do it without the Anarchists, and proceeded to purge them. Orwell barely escaped with his life due to his “allies.”

I heard about the indictment -- even before this story appeared on FR. I still haven't seen the indictment -- I even checked the Harris County District Clerk database this morning.
My conclusion is that you see no reason to review the actual indictment. You are perfectly content to let others read it and interpret it for you. That attitude is misguided.

The left hides the atrocities committed in any kind of extermination process. This Blackrobed tyrant is unfit to pass judgement on people doing what we all know was the right thing. A ruling to favor the dissection and sale of the unborn is about as barbaric an act ever passed down as the stench from the bench. Let us recall how the nazi socialists hid the ovens from the world for so long.
There is a reason you have not seen the indictment. They have not released any documentation. Even the judge on F&F said this is unheard of.
