I keep thinking stories like this one and the story about the British ex-soldier sniper who’s being investigated for not shouting a warning to his target who as 1200 ft away and about to fire a rocked-propelled grenade at them HAVE to be satire. To find out they’re, in fact, true is beyond disturbing.
