He thinks states should be making life and death decisions about abortion, when in fact God Himself decided this from the beginning, and therefore states have no more legitimate authority to authorize the killing of babies than the Supreme Court does. The typical obvious fundamental errors of a candidate who decided he had to pretend to be pro-life in order to have any chance as a Republican candidate for president.
