Well, Trump, so far in this campaign, has shown that:
-— he is a big proponent of the federal government keeping its hand in land management
-—he’s a big proponent of Eminent Domain to benefit private entities
-— he likes to make and negotiate big deals that make money.
This is just the type of “project” that the Clintons love and, I suspect, Trump will love. This is all IMHO, of course.
