Agg assault with a deadly weapon. There’s supposed to be a defense to prosecution for being on your property, but the grand jury indicted me anyway and I’d be flipping a coin on a friendly jury if I took it to trial. It was a nightmare.
Sounds like there is a little more to the story here but then I’ve seen some malicious prosecutions in my time too.
But I’ll take my chances and stay armed (if I hadn’t of lost everything in that accident on Lake Mead)
