Most places in the US have never had more than 5 blizzards in the past 100 years. Perhaps you could name one?

Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Buffalo, UP of Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, Idaho. Probably missed a few.

Are you a moron? A person posted that he lived in a place where blizzards were the norm. Do you think he lived in the entire state of Maine? I wonder when the last time the entire state of Maine experienced blizzard conditions, if ever?

That's not counting lake effect snow events where you can get up to 5 inches an hour for hours on end.

Off the ends of the Great Lakes, Watertown, Tug Hill, Adam's Center, Pulaski, Buffalo, Hamburg, the South Towns of WNY. Where the tanks from Fort Drumm are called out to drag the stuck snow plows out of the snow drifts.

Not technically blizzards but dealing with feet of snow in a 24 hour period is pretty much the same.
