Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump is taking his insult game to a new level, turning his fire on Jeb Bush's mother.

After a campaign ad earlier Friday where former first lady Barbara Bush that took veiled shots at Trump, the billionaire businessman shot back by calling Jeb Bush a mama's boy:

Agreed, enough is enough. The time is to act more mature.

I think the criticism of Jeb's new ad was warranted - and so far, Trump has gotten a pass on any and all attacks on Bush, mostly because Jeb is profoundly unlikeable.

It is starting to resemble a cat playing with a wounded mouse, though.

Nobody here is being fooled or mistaken.

I don’t see a lot of FReepers making the claim that Trump is conservative.

What I do see, is a bunch of FReepers totally disgusted by the “conservatives” that we have helped get elected only to be left at the altar.

Barbara Bush is a fraud. She was pro-choice before her husband had to switch to be on the ticket with Reagan.

She came out after her husband was no longer in office that she was pro-choice. She was always pro-choice. So was her husband. She was just a fraud when her husband was president.

I wish someone could convince me of just how Ted wins the general.

He’s always been my first choice, but I just don’t see it in the cards.

Being a Hoosier, we never really have a say in the primary by the time we get to vote. But if Ted is standing strong by then, I’ll have a tough choice to make.

Of course, Jeb is a moron, but that was not the cause of Mommybait.

The calculus had to be that Barbara Bush was more loved, trusted, than Jeb. This determination would have been made by the team, the professionals. And, that is what I find incredible. That Jeb’s advisers do not know that it is generally accepted that Barbara Bush is the “Ma Barker” of the Bush clan. The man behind the curtain. The one person’s ego that propels the otherwise inadequate Bush men to strive for greatness.
