There were surely a lot of conservatives who stood on principles during the last election and look what we got. I'm certainly tired of of folks preaching about principles while the liberals do anything and everything to win elections. I certainly have conservative principles and values but I am a scrapper just like Trump. I hope he lies, cheats, steals, threatens, bribes, and does anything and everything to get his ass elected. I no longer want the liberals to thumb their noses at us (like Harry Reed who said "yes I lied but he lost didn't he").
It doesn’t matter. They are going to stand on their conservative principles and declare their devotion to the constitution all the way up to the moment their daughters are raped by Muslims or shot dead by illegals. They don’t get it.
