With all due respect to these persons, some of whom, e.g. Thomas Sowell, are remarkable and skilled and experienced and accurate observers, whom to they believe should be supported, apart from the man whose constitutional eligibility to the office of the President is extremely doubtful?

It is difficult to discern any GOP candidate with a chance of winning who has a history of getting things done as an executive.

OK, so the case for Trump is not that he is a conservative but that:

1) He has a chance of winning

2) He has a history of getting things done.

#2 above is a two edged sword.

Obama also gets things done HIS WAY.

The question then becomes WHAT GETS DONE? Will what’s getting done against the principles of conservatism be good for the country?
