Actually, although this will be an unintended consequence, Iran is going to be hurting like a hurt dog when they start pumping. With the price of oil the way it is, and America able to satisfy it’s requirements and some allies, Iran is going to be losing money like crazy.
This might be a nice infusion of cash, but it will not last long and their oil priced high days are gone for a long while.
And their people are going to start clamoring for better quality of life, now that the sanctions are ended, which will cause more societal problems.
The teens and millennials look at the pictures of life in Iran pre-Khomeini and wonder when they might get some of that.
Regardless, Iran has a glut coming to the market. They will be paid in cash for something that costs money to store. The world glut will soon end with the shutdown of all the unprofitable operations, especially in the U.S.
