We get it. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) is rattled. He’s afraid of losing Iowa. He doesn’t know how to deal with Donald Trump. But he sure isn’t helping matters with embarrassing arguments. His latest: “Right now, the Washington establishment is abandoning [Sen.] Marco Rubio. They made the assessment that Marco can’t win this race, and the Washington establishment is rushing over to support Donald Trump.†Thunk. Let’s consider the ways in which this is unhelpful.
First, after spending months genuflecting to Trump as a kindred spirit, how can Trump be a closet establishment figure? Maybe Cruz isn’t a good judge of character. Maybe he was duped. In any event, it reminds us how cringe-worthy Cruz’s flattery of Trump was.
Second, no one cares. Voters are supposed to like Cruz more now because people he does not like (“the establishmentâ€) shift from one opponent to another? It defies logic.
Third, if the establishment is abandoning Rubio, maybe anti-establishment voters should like him more. Or something.
Fourth, it sounds desperate, in part because, no one thinks Trump is a Beltway insider. If anything, it makes Trump look powerful insofar as insiders have to come to him.

This little cabal is no step for a high stepper, like TRUMP. However, they are still in office ya’ know, and TRUMP will want a nice dignified inauguration.

He amassed all this money and what I got was that he was (1) building infrastructure, and (2) using that money to expand his donation base. Fine. Those are good things so far as they go.

Trump will have a class inauguration, you can bank on it. No trailer trash or moving on up family are the Trumps.
On Megyn Kelly’s show tonite on Fox, they are slamming Trump big-time. Over and over again. Traitor Rich Lowry of NR is on touting his special edition of “Get Trump” with 22 editorials by GOPe RINO’s, stoomping all over Trump. That’s all right, soon they will all be calling him President Trump, and I sure hope Trump has a long memory and these jerks’ names will be on his payback list.
No...what you’re beginning to see is a grassroots effort that understands Trump is not who he says he is to stop him, and they are influential enough to get media attention.
Good people are not going to let this continue when they know what’s at stake and the fraud Trump is. It is NOT the GOPe that’s being taken down...It’s Conservatisim and those who really understand that are coming together to prevent that.
